For six years, SANTA ROSA BUREAU CULTURAL was responsible for planning, providing technical assistance and raising funds for the sole Brazilian festival exclusively dedicated to independent cinema. The event, which has already passed the mark of 210 thousand spectators, promotes debates and reflections on non-commercial cinematography, helping to include Minas Gerais in the national cinema festival circuit. Today it is considered one of the state’s largest cultural events, branching out to the state of São Paulo.
